A wellness retreat focused on Chakra Theory for adventurous souls looking for a week of intentional movement, meditation and connection!

Join Rachel and I in beautiful Costa Rica for 6 nights and 7 days!

The week will be filled with magical experiences, mindful movement and meditation, and space and time to tune deeply into yourself.

Your home for the week, Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort is surrounded by the lush jungle and just a quick walk to the expansive beautiful beach!

Throughout the week you will learn about and experience Chakra Theory!

The Chakras are powerful energy centers within the body. They have physical, energetic, mental and emotional components. By tuning into these energy centers we can understand ourselves on a deeper level. By unlocking the magic and wisdom that they hold we can connect to ourselves and our lives more intentionally and powerfully.

We will focus on the 7 main Chakras during our retreat. They are; the Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye and Crown.

We will weave Chakra theory into many aspects of each day. You will learn about and experience each chakra through meditation and movement practices, workshops, ceremonies and activities!

Tacy and Rachel are passionate about creating retreat experiences that are supportive, fun, and impactful. In Costa Rica they will create a safe and nurturing container for you to reconnect and learn about yourself in meaningful and adventurous ways!

Airfare and ground transportation are not included in the retreat cost. We will help organize transportation to and from the airport.
